Why destiny matrix calculators show different numbers
If you tried a few sites and got different charts, you're not imagining it. We tested the most used calculators with four birthdays. Here is what we found.
The most common cause is a mixed-up date. 03/04 means 3 April in most of the world and March 4 in the US. Check the date on screen first.
The 32 points of the chart matched on every calculator we tested, as long as sums over 22 are reduced by adding digits. A sum of 31 becomes 3 + 1 = 4. A tool that subtracts 22 instead would give 9. We add digits, like all of them.
A few points are worked out differently on some sites: the inner points of the family lines and the planetary purpose. Names differ too. The same line is your father's side on one site and your mother's on another. We follow the majority and name every point.
Some apps also swap the meanings of 8 and 11. In this method, 8 is justice and 11 is strength.
Couple charts differ the most, because there are three ways to make one. Ours is explained below.
Compare your matrix with someone
Type their birthday to see it now, or send them a link so they can add it on their own phone.
Type their birthday
The quickest way. Nothing is sent anywhere.
You + them
Send a link to a partner, a friend or family. They add their own details on their own phone, and you both see how you compare.
Anyone who gets the link, and the app you send it with, can read it. To post publicly, share your card instead.
You two

How the couple matrix is made
We add each point of your matrix to the same point of the other person's, then reduce. Your couple centre is your centre plus their centre. Most calculators do it this way, and every couple point here shows its sum.
Some sites add only the nine main points and rebuild the rest from those. Others add only the day, month and year points and rebuild the whole chart, so even the centre can change. That is why the same two people can get different couple numbers on different sites.
Neither way is a mistake. They are different recipes. We show you ours so you can check every number.

How the destiny matrix is calculated
- Your day of birth gives the first number. If it is over 22, add its digits: 29 becomes 2 + 9 = 11.
- Your month of birth gives the second number, from 1 to 12.
- The digits of your birth year give the third: 1996 is 1 + 9 + 9 + 6 = 25, and 2 + 5 = 7.
- Those three add up to the fourth, at the bottom of the chart. All four add up to your centre.
- Every other point is the sum of points already placed. Any sum over 22 is reduced by adding its digits, so every point lands on one of the 22 energies.

Common questions
- Is this destiny matrix calculator really free?
- Yes. The full chart, every meaning and the couple matrix are free. No sign-up and no email.
- Do you keep my birth date?
- No. The chart is calculated on your device. If you share a link, the date travels inside the link itself and never reaches our server.
- Why are there only 22 numbers?
- The method uses 22 energies, one for each of the 22 major arcana of the tarot. Any sum over 22 is reduced by adding its digits until it fits.
- I was born on 29 February. Does it work?
- Yes. Your day is 29, which becomes 2 + 9 = 11, and the rest works like any other date.
- What is the karmic tail?
- The three numbers at the bottom of the chart. Together they point to an old pattern you get to grow through. It's a theme to work with, not something to fear.
- Can I compare my destiny matrix with someone?
- Yes. Add their birth date, or send them a link so they can add it on their own phone. You both see the couple matrix, and there is a version for friends and family too.
- Where does the destiny matrix come from?
- It's usually credited to Natalia Ladini, a Russian author, in the mid 2000s. It mixes numerology with the 22 major arcana. We use the calculation most sites share. The meanings are our own, not copied from other sites.
- Is the destiny matrix scientific?
- No. It is a symbolic tool for reflection, not a prediction. Read it as a set of questions about yourself and keep what helps.
